Mike Padawer, founder and president of INERTIA / Advisor Services Group and CAREfidence, has over three decades of experience in the financial services arena, including retail,
wholesale, and sales management roles. Today, he focuses solely on working with advisors and institutions, providing customized Long-Term Care planning solutions for their individual,
group, and business owner clients.
Mike works diligently with his consumers or advisor and their clients to help transfer the
potentially catastrophic risk and burden of needing Long-Term Care away from the individual and their families.
Regardless of the audience, Mike believes that educating the client about future Long-Term Care needs
and understanding their unique circumstance is paramount to implementing planning that will stand the test of time.
Mike’s background also includes the successful implementation of training, coaching, and Continuing
Education programs, which have helped hundreds of advisors meet the financial planning needs of their clients.
Mike resides in Clearwater, Florida, where he enjoys live music, playing golf and ice hockey, and
traveling as often as time will allow.
